Terms & Conditions – Amedewa Bhutan Tours & Trek
Tour Cancellation Policy:
The tours booked and subsequently cancelled will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
- Within 60 days or more before the arrival date in Bhutan – No charges, except the bank wire charges.
- Within 59-30 days before the arrival date in Bhutan – 40% cancellation fees in addition to bank wire charges.
- Within 29-15 days before the arrival date in Bhutan – 50% cancellation fees in addition to bank wire charges.
- Less than 15 days before the arrival date in Bhutan – 100% cancellation fees/ Non refundable
- After arrival in Bhutan – 100% cancellation fees.
- An administration fee of 10% of the total tour cost will be applicable for all cancelled trips in addition to the above charges..
Amedewa Tours And Trek is not liable for any additional charges that may be levied by the immigration of Bhutan, the airlines and local/international banks
Flight Cancellation Policy:
- An administration fee of USD $50 will be applicable for all cancelled tickets that has been issued by the airlines
- 30 days or more before the date of departure, 15% cancellation fee is applicable
- 29-10 days or more before the date of departure, 30% cancellation fee is applicable
- 09-04 days or more before the date of departure, 50% cancellation fee is applicable
- 04 days and less before the date of departure, 100% cancellation fee is applicable
As per the airlines policy, additional fees are applicable for date/time/sector change. For reissued/rescheduled tickets, there will be 100% cancellation fees and refund is not applicable.
